About me
I received both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Metropolitan State University of Denver. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado.
I have been in the mental health field for 10 years and in that time, I have worked with adolescents with severe behavioral and emotion needs, individuals experiencing homelessness, and individuals with various mental health and addiction struggles.
“Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear. If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today.”
